Ti Kuan Yin ( Guanyin, the Goddess of Mercy) is the most famous of all Chinese Oolongs. Originally cultivated in the province of Guangdong this speciality tea with tightly twisted and shiny dark-green leaves produces an aromatic brownish-orange liquor. The leaves can be used through many more infusions than most other varieties. See images of before infusion and first infusion as the leaves begin to open. Has caffeine.
